How long does it take for my items to ship?

Orders placed will be filled and packaged within 2-5 days of placing your order. Shipping time depends on your shipping selection at checkout. Once your order has been shipped it is out of our control. 

What is your return policy?

Orders can be returned up to 14 days after you receive them. Items must be returned the way you received them, unworn and unwashed or we will deny your return. If there is human hair or animal hair on clothing we will deny your return. You must provide original receipt. Return labels WILL NOT be provided. You can contact us at lifespurposecontact@gmail.com for an address. 

Once your return is processed successfully, you will earn STORE CREDIT ONLY. You then have 30 days to use the store credit before it expires. 

What do I do if my item is damaged or defective?

You have 3 days from the day you receive it to email us at lifespurposecontact@gmail.com. You must include a picture of the item. If failure to do so after three days you will not receive your money back or a replacement. 

Please note: Orders CANNOT be changed, modified or canceled, once you have checked-out.
